ADDITIONAL SAFETY GUIDANCE

• I will refrigerate food items to an internal temperature of 41°F or lower, as required by law, before packaging customer orders.
• I will pack food safely so as to maintain a safe temperature until it arrives at my Customer’s door.
• I will fully and truthfully disclose in my dish descriptions and product labels all ingredients and allergens in the food, per federal, state, and local laws.
• I certify that I am authorized to earn income in the United States and comply with all applicable federal and local laws and regulations.
• I agree not to cook while ill and comply with all local, state, and federal COVID guidelines or requirements and the guidance posted on Neighborlybites.com.

SCHEDULING & MENU GUIDANCE

• I understand and acknowledge that creating my menu, recipes, determining what ingredients to purchase, how to prepare my menu and how often to sell my food is entirely up to me.
• I understand and acknowledge that determining what price to set for each dish I sell is entirely up to me.
• When cooking and packaging customer orders, I will ensure that the quality and quantity of my food are of a consistently high quality and will use fresh ingredients.
• I understand that the Neighborlybites marketplace allows me to sell food in advance and so I will schedule my calendar to collect orders at least nine days ahead of any given delivery day.
• I will fulfill the commitments I make to other users of the platform including fulfilling all orders in a legal, safe, professional and high quality manner. In the event of illness or emergency, if I am unable to fulfill an order, I will contact the customer by their email address as soon as possible to make them aware of my emergency and if there are any orders that I need to cancel and refund.
• I will submit changes for an existing menu item at least three days before the given delivery day. These changes include changes to price, quantity, ingredients, etc.
• I will include the following information when adding/modifying a menu item: Dish Name, Dish Description, Ingredients (list ALL ingredients included in the recipe), Portion Size, Price.

SUPPLIES AND PACKAGING

• I am responsible for purchasing my own pre-approved food-safe containers, which can be purchased from stores like Restaurant Depot. I will make sure that all containers are packaged and labeled to comply with all guidelines and regulations.
• I will follow the guidance set forth in the Onboarding Guide and in support articles when preparing and packaging my food to ensure a safety community for all.

MEDIA RELEASE

I have read and agree to the Media Release found in the Neighborlybites Terms of Service and I understand that Neighborlybites may use photographs, video, voice recordings, and/or biographical information of or about me, my food, and cooking techniques on Neighborlybites’ website and other advertising and marketing materials. I agree to grant Neighborlybites an irrevocable license to the Materials, as defined in the Terms of Service. Please see the Neighborlybites Terms of Service for the full Media Release you are agreeing to by accepting the Terms of Service and using the Neighborlybites marketplace.

CONTINUING PROVISIONS

I understand and agree that any provision of this Agreement that logically ought to survive the termination of my business relationship with Neighborlybites will continue in full force and effect after I stop doing business with Neighborlybites, including without limitation the media release.

AMENDMENTS TO THESE COMMUNITY GUIDELINES

I understand that these guidelines may be revised by Neighborlybites, from time to time, in its sole discretion. I agree to adhere to the most recent version of the Community Guidelines, which is accessible online. My continued use of Neighborlybites’ platform after this document has been revised will constitute my acceptance of the revised Neighborlybites Community Guidelines.

VIOLATIONS OF GUIDELINES

I understand and acknowledge that failure to abide by the Neighborlybites Terms of Service and/or these Community Guidelines may result in me no longer being able to sell food through the Neighborlybites Marketplace and/or termination of my account as a Seller on Neighborlybites.com. In the event that there is an allegation or belief that I may have breached the Terms of Service or these Community Guidelines, I agree to cooperate fully and promptly in any investigation conducted by Neighborlybites.
